What is it?

Organizations face rising costs and increasing competition every day. Customers are demanding higher quality of a product or service at lower prices. Without an effective strategy, your organization runs the risk of stagnating and falling behind in competitive marketplace. Implementing Lean Six Sigma is a proven method to improve performance and beat the competition.

Lean Six Sigma represents a business philosophy leading to the elimination of waste and the reduction of variation. With Lean Six Sigma, costs are reduced, productivity is raised, quality is improved and customer satisfaction is enhanced. The effort starts with understanding “value” through the eyes of the customer. Anything that does not add value is waste.
